However, again and again, we do not authorize the disclosure or any other use of the stored data. When we create documents relating to our communications (such as contact requests, customer records, contact preferences and invoices), your data will be stored locally only for the strictly necessary time. While no method is 100% secure, we do ensure you that we take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that your data is securely stored.

In addition to the right to be informed in a transparent way about how your personal data are being used (as we have done above), you also have the right to access your personal data, rectify, erase, restrict, to carry out its portability, to oppose its use and also has the right to protection against autonomous and profiling decisions.
